Contact UsCenter for Advanced Medicine Clinic hoursTuesday, Wednesday and Thursday the Center hours are 9am to 6pm. On Monday and Friday the office and Supplement Department are open from 9am to 2pm. Our New Patient Appointment Coordinator and our Phone Receptionist are available to receive phone calls until 5pm on Mondays. Direct all emails to the info email address as staff does not answer individual emails addressed directly to them that email is info@cam-sd.org The above email address is for supplement orders ONLY. We do not use email to communicate information or questions from patients. |
